Denison (51-3) tops final 2026 d3baseball.com NCBWA Division III Poll

DALLAS (NCBWA) – The Denison Big Red (51-3) entered the NCAA Playoffs as the top team and after winning the National Championship, they are the final No. 1 team in the D3baseball.com/NCBWA Top 25. Endicott, their opponent in the D3CS finishes second followed by East Texas Baptist, Rowan and Adrian.

In Division III's final game of the 2025-26 season, Denison and Endicott delivered an instant classic. The Big Red overcame an early deficit to win yet again in walkoff fashion in the bottom of the 10th inning, where Jack Lutte scored Kelly Crittenberger to secure the program's first National Championship with a 4-3 decision.

The D3baseball.com Top 25 is voted on by a panel of 25 Sports Information Directors and media members from across the country, and is published weekly. Full members of NCAA Division III are eligible.
