The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) released its Dick Howser Trophy National Player of the Week awards presented by The Game Headwear for the period ending March 31. North Carolina senior first baseman Parks Harber was named National Hitter of the Week, while Washington State senior right-handed pitcher Grant Taylor was named National Pitcher of the Week.

The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) released its Dick Howser Trophy National Player of the Week awards presented by The Game Headwear for the period ending April 30. North Carolina junior third baseman Mac Horvath was named National Hitter of the Week, while West Virginia graduate student right-handed pitcher Blaine Traxel and Illinois junior right-handed pitcher Jack Wenninger were named National Co-Pitchers of the Week.

Stocked with standouts from the 2022 NCAA World Series and national Top 25-35 squads, the 22nd annual National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Preseason All-America teams feature the best of college baseball for the coming campaign.

A total of 34 standout freshmen college baseball players from every part of the country are featured on the 2022 National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Freshman All-America Team, the organization announced today. The 2022 NCBWA Freshman All-America Team features players from 29 different schools and 13 different conferences.
